I have just finished a 2 day intensive professional training program as part of my ongoing professional development. This is the second time that I have gone through this training and it is amazing what you pick up the second time around.
The training was aimed at the importance of providing exceptional service and the opportunities for extra business that result because I go "the extra mile" for my clients.
My business is based on referrals and I know the importance of providing a "first class" service. I must be ahead of the pack if you are to refer me to your friends, family and work colleagues.
On the evening that the seminar ended I had an appointment with a new client. Even though it was Friday evening and my head was spinning from the the intense 2 days I was determined to show how I could help him get into his first home.
We had a successful consultation and as a result he referred me to his sister who is looking to purchase a property.
